Personal Systems Group (PSG) is the leading provider of personal computers (PCs) in the world based on unit volume shipped and annual revenue. PSG provides commercial PCs, consumer PCs, workstations, handheld computing devices and other related accessories, software and services for the commercial and consumer markets. We group commercial desktops, commercial notebooks and workstations into commercial clients and consumer desktop and consumer notebooks into consumer clients when describing our performance in these markets. With those all products PSG covers the all market segments, like Corporate, Enterprise, Public sectors, SMB and Retail markets. PSG Russia announces a job opportunity of a Retail Account manager whose task will list among but will not be limited to: Being responsible for selling Personal systems products (desktops and notebooks) through retail partners Represent the company in all sales oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, pricing, sales, promotions and training Collaborate closely with partners to develop robust business plans that optimally position HP offer Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and is regarded as a subject matter expert Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partner to ensure retention and growth of business relationship Work on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives Lead and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies Requirements: University degree, 3+ years of sales experience in relevant role Knowledge of the products and market trends in the personal systems segment Excellent analytical skills Good team working and leadership skills, stress resilience Good command of English
