Functions: Supports Business Solutions Manager to identify and define how to improve business performance through the application of technology and the progression of projects through the delivery phase Participate in business process mapping and documentation, in particular for cross-location and cross-regional requirements. Using his/her expert process and application knowledge to identify solutions for defined business needs within existing Wrigley application portfolio (e.g. SAP, WERA, Hyperion). Search the marketplace for possible solutions outside the current Wrigley application portfolio and prepare recommendations. Together with Resource Managers work on project or enhancements to plan resource for proposed solution. Work on post-implementation benefits delivery analysis for specified projects. Participate in site assessments and business optimisation initiatives. Provide organisational support and facilitation to task forces and business reference groups coordinated by the Business Solutions Group.Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, IT or equivalent; an advanced degree such as MBA is preferred 4-6 years of experience or applicable business experience. Strong business application background (SAP) and a successful implementation or optimization track record. Ability to work independently without daily supervision. Capabilities and interest in both the commercial and technical aspects of the BSA position and the capability to combine these to deliver value to the company. Broad understanding of key established business process areas (in at least one business function ) and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes. Good project planning and management skills with familiarity in the key tools and techniques. Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills are required. Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship with business partners, IT personnel and project leaders.
