Our partner, the large developmer is looking for a Technical Support specialist to join their team. What You Will Be Doing: Dealing with problematic situations and help our clients. Searching and analysing the logs, data analytics. Integrating and testing the internal developments. Working only in chat with 80% of requests being in English. About You: Fluent English and Chinese. Relevant experience with supporting desktop/mobile applications as a technical support (experience with LiveChat is an advantage). Basic knowledge of REST API, HTML/CSS, browser console, SQL, experience with scripting in any programming language (Java/Bash/Python). Curiosity, calmness, thoughtfulness, and ability to melt the heart of the pickiest customer. At least 1 year of experience in web/mobile technical support.
