Responsibilities: Test lead will be responsible for testing design and functional testing as well as managing testing team and communicating with foreign customer (e-mail, phone, on-site visits). Qualifications: Functional testing. Be ready to take a business requirement, create test requirements and tests. Evaluate results, plan test executions Performance testing. Understand basic concepts, real life experience is a plus Automation. Understand concept and being able to pick tests for automation. Automated testing experience is a benefit Agile. Experience in Scrum, Kanban etc. style environments may be a benefit. Any practical knowledge on agile testing is an additional plus Coding. Knowledge of Java (additional benefit) or any other programming language is a benefit Good English (oral/written). Offshore team experience.
