Требуется hr assistant в г. Москва.Our partner, an international company in the Igaming industry, invites an HR assistant to join their team. Responsibilities: Information search in open sources, data systematization. Documentation management for onboarding. HR block management in corporate CRM. Analytics on vacancies and candidates. Participation in the development and implementation of HR processes. Preparation of presentations on HR topics. Preparation of reports on HR projects, data analysis. Participation in HR department project activities. Required skills and experience: Relevant experience as an HR assistant or personnel manager preferred. Literacy, high proficiency in Russian language, both written and spoken. High level of proficiency in PC, Google Workspace, Excel. High level of presentation preparation skills. Attention to detail, curiosity, ability to work in a multitasking environment. Internal organization and high degree of personal responsibility. Experience with Trello, Slack/Discord, AI tools preferred. Understanding of personnel records management (not a specific task, but a general understanding of the process is required).
