We consider candidates from anywhere in the world Your Goal: Hired candidates who have successfully completed a probationary period of 3 months. Job Responsibilities: Attracting candidates for MID to EXEC Level positions Crafting candidate profiles effectively Leveraging specialized sources to build candidate pipelines Employing diverse recruitment methods tailored to the respective level of personnel Guiding candidates through the hiring funnel with care Meeting vacancy closure deadlines Initiating search processes promptly Creating job protocols, test assignments, and criteria for probationary period completion Required Skills: Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles Fluent English (C1 - C2) Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus Relevant work experience of at least 3 years What we offer: Competitive salary based on skills, experience and location; Paid vacation and sick leave What you get by working with us: Opportunity for career growth up to Department Manager Opportunity to visit the headquarters in New York or Los Angeles You have the option to start and finish work earlier for meetings.
