Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Sales Coach who will be coaching our Sales team.What you will do: Conduct trainings on sales skills Monitor and analyze indicators to improve team performance Monitor the teams pipeline. Conduct monthly 1-2-1 sessions with managers. Track learning progress, provide feedback. Listen to sales calls and provide feedback; To join us you need to: Have proven experience in sales training Have proven experience in B2B cold sales Have strong understanding of effective communication techniques.
